"Maybe one of the oldest pork ramen remained strong in Indonesia. Love their strong broth and customizable noodle firmness, broth richness. Charsiu is so-so. Lack of smokey flavor and quite thin slices and dry compared to others. They need to improve juicyness of charsiu. But they have wide variant of topping and broth type. In Japan, this one would be comfort ramen that you will keep coming at least once a month when you dont know what to eat with cheap price. So for me taste is 3 because quite expensive."

"Probably one of the older ramen brand that has been around and can be found in various places especially malls. The menu is quite extensive with some of the ramen have been customized to suit local flavours. We tried their traditional tonkotsu ramen which remains authentic, the dry spicy truffle ramen which is spicy with a hint of the truffle. Lastly we also tried their red flaming hot ramen level 50 which is super spicy! This is definitely not one for the weak and flavour wise it is one of those ramen that has been customized to suit Indonesian taste buds with the chillies that they used. "Been here for years now and the taste is always on point and consistent. Loving the pork katsudon that even though i was kinda surprised at first that it's minced pork, the taste is flavourful and not mushy at all!! Perfect crispiness. The rice is also very fluffy and has that satisfying mouthfeel. I forgot to take a pic of the ramen beforehand since i share it with my mom but i always love the texture of the noodles here. The broth is also rich and creamy but not too oily. The service is also nice and quick too. The place is always packed so it's great to have quick service."

"This is definitely one of my go-to places for ramen. The broth is comforting, not too oily, and not overly strong, while the pork chashu is honestly one of the best I have ever tasted. There is sometimes a queue, but the turnaround is fast and you get a table quickly, especially if you are not in a large group. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I once left my umbrella on a chair, and they immediately brought it to me while I was still at the cashier counter."
